My problem is: whenever I do pressing movements, except bench press (thought this couldn’t be a exception, I’d have to check again, haven’t done it in a while), it’s always my biceps that get worked, not my triceps. So for instance, when doing overhead presses, my biceps do work, but my triceps don’t, I only get a pump in the biceps, not the triceps.
The same goes for all pressing movements, including press downs, dips, push ups, etc…
Why? Are my biceps this weak and because they stabilize the weight they get worked hard just because they are this weak? I’ve checked my form multiple times. Why is this?
