Has anyone else tried this?
Lately i've been doing Thick bar presses from pins before my main lift.
I.e - I do 2x3 thick bar OH press from eye level or bench press 2-3" above chest, then 5x5 or 4x8-10 regular pressing.
It feels amazing. When you go onto your regular bench press or whatever, the bar feels like a tooth pick and the first few sets feel like nothing. On top of that I can also manage a bit more weight than I did before on my final set.
I wonder if I do this every session it will still benefit me.
