Yes you can…no harm preloading a syringe. I would just ensure it’s stored plunger down with a little extra air in the cylinder until you’re ready to use it; wouldn’t want any leaks.

you’re gonna increase the chances of bacterial contamination, but is ok. Just pay attention where you store the seringe after the load… once out of the bottle/ ampole you always increase the chances of contamination. I would wake up 10/ 20 minutes earliar… but it’s on you…
