Preparing For First Physique Comp, Aug 18

I will be competing August 18th, 2017 and I wanted some advice on how you guys think I’m doing so far on my cut, or any feedback would help really. I have been lifting for about 6 years now and I’m 5’10 169lbs. Thanks!

As far as your cut goes, and where your bodyfat is, it looks like you’re right on track! Really lean for still being 7 weeks out.

Your overall shape/lines seem to be favorable for physique. Obviously you could use more overall size, but it is what it is, you can’t do much to change that between now and the show.

I would work on delts if you’re looking for something specific to hammer between now and the show. You could probably make an impact there. Your delts, in my opinion, are your biggest weak point. You also have the smallest traps I’ve ever seen , but I don’t think that’s terrible for physique. Probably want them at least a little bigger, but since I’m not totally familiar with all the judging criteria of physique , I’m not going to say that’s a definite problem.
