Preparing for a Free Meal

How does one prepare for an allyoucaneat meal while trying to lean bulk?
Should I try to eat less during the days before and days after the cheat?
I know some will say just go enjoy it but I would like to hear other opinions as well.
Some people basically go 0 carb to enter that insulin sensitivity thing or whatever.
Any tips? Trying to bulk with minimal fat gains :slight_smile:

Dafuq you gonna eat 20k calories or something? Just eat less for your other meals that day and you’ll be fine. Worse case you mess up one day won’t matter much in the long term

Just eat what you want and get back to your normal eating the next day.

Bring therabands with you and pump the food into the muscle as you digest it.
