Which template do you recommand to assist this phase without collapsing ?

So you are just running a 10K?
Just do a 2 day/week template and 5’s PRO/3x5 FSL for each lift. You can do a higher volume for the bench press and press. Limited assistance: probably around 25-50 total reps (MAX) in three categories.
