This may be a silly question but I want to make sure I’m understanding the template and the layout. The forever book says it’s an A-B set up so if I’m understanding it correctly week 1 would be A and B. So on a three day a week I would do week 1 A and B then the third day would be A week 2?
ABA one week, BAB the next week, ABA the week after, etc.
For example A on Monday, B on Wednesday, A on Friday, B on Monday A on Wednesday…
I understand that but what I was trying to figure out is the percentage. For example if I do A workout and squat my last set at 90% on Monday would I do A workout Friday using the same percentage as Monday (90%)
If you are running it from Forever then they are two week cycles.
Example using last set…
Monday Workout A 85%
Wednesday Workout B 85%
Friday Workout A 90%
Monday Workout B 90%
Wednesday Workout A 95%
Friday Workout B 95%
Thats once cycle
Ok that’s what I was thinking but wanted to make sure. I originally thought it was like the original 5/3/1 with the weeks being normal weeks but yesterday when trying to set up the template and numbers I saw that it would be redundant to have Monday and Friday the same and wait till the next Wednesday to increase to the next week.
