Ok, I’m thinking of competing. I am 5’9 192 right now, and rather lean not 100% sure of my body fat. I am guessing 8.2463ish?
What would everyone recommend? I’m thinking of a bulk to 200 and I’ll accomplish that in 8wks. Then compete at about 180-182. And try to accomplish that in about another 4wks. All together 12 wks of preparation. I’m looking at a few shows in the PA/NY/MD area. I’m going to look into it a bit more and getting my diet together, I also have a friend of my brothers who has competed who I hope will give me a hand on this. But here.
