On page 210 in Forever, it says you can use the prep program with a couple of anchor programs (all of which can be found in this book)
does that really mean I can use any anchor?
I really like the prep program because it kicks my ass, on paper the strength circuits anchor -p214 to p217- as an anchor to the prep leader sounds perfect to me.
Prep program Leader: more volume on the lifts, weight on the assistance less important
Strength circuits Anchor: more intensity on the lifts, weight on the assistance more important
I just took a vacation an got your book with me, after reading it dozens of times I thought this would be the method for me to go.
Any thoughts?
