I hear good things about this for endurance athletes, improving cognitive performance, and stress/adrenal support. Anyone have an experience/thoughts on taking pregnenolone? Is it all just hype?

Id suggest blood work and if you are LOW on the prg. then suppm with it. If not be wary and cycle it as you can and will shut down natural production. Also it can as far as I remember convert to not only T but E.

I dont have any of the info right here handy. Do a search on Pub med etc. and maybe Cy will chime in with some wisdom.
