Pre=workout Surge?

I am taking my surge pre/during and postworkout. Is anybody else taking it preworkout? I know this was recommended by John Berardi, but the label still reads that it is a postworkout drink. I find that it is good to have something in my stomach during the workout so I dont feel flat/drained.

I start drinking mine right when I start my wkout. Sip might be a better term, 1/2 during the wkout & then gulp down the other half immediatly when finished. I have had great results with this. I also add 10 grams of creatine to the formula.
