Pre Workout Supp for 1st Phase

I am starting this program next week. Had a question regarding pre-workout supp. Does Chad recommend Metabolic Drive Complete or just regular Metabolic Drive. Thanks!

I don’t know what program you’re talking about, but if it’s preworkout, you’d want either Low0Carb Metabolic Drive or Surge. Metabolic Drive Complete would absorb very slowly because of the fiber, so that might interfere with your workout.
