Pre-Workout Rituals?

usually I make my pre workout shake, walk to the gym. All I do is clear my mind of anything and just be. When I get to the gym, I approach every bar like its loaded with 40kilos and basically keep calm and focused. I’ve done it thousands of times before, whats to stop me from doing it again? Nothing.

I poop beforehand too, but I’m so neurotic about sitting down on a public toilet, I end up squatting and giving my thighs a workout.

I believe that’s called multitasking.

Take as large a dump as possible. Sometimes I like to rub one off before hand or I don’t feel comfortable.

Not being able to find my headphones, and stopping at Walmart on the way to buy new ones.
