I’m still trying to figure out what would be good to eat before my workouts. I typically have 3-4 meals before a workout, 5:00 am, 7:30, 10:00 am, and sometimes 12:00 if working out at 2 pm. What foods are good and what ratios of protein/carbs/fat works best? My breakfast is usually grow!, a bagel, and orange juice, my next snack is typically 2 oz. peanuts, an apple and a protein bar and my 10am is usually a fish/crab sandwich. let me know what works for you and what you would suggest i do. thanks.
