This meal about 20 to 30 mins befor a workout gets me crazy pumped and strong! It works best when used PERIODICALLY...(not everyday!!) don't know why?...any suggestions?
white rice (never tried brown)1.5 cups
honey tablespoon or to taste
milk (skim or 2%) two cups
may sound like crap but it works!!! I wouldnt use this everyday unless your an ectomorph teenager who's metabolism zooms
