Pre- Post- Nutrition Advice

Hey just wondering if i could get some advice on my current pre- post- workout nutrition.

45 minutes before workout 30g Whey Protein (mixed with pint of whole milk) and 3 BCAA’s

During workout sipping 30g Hydrolysed Whey Protein

Straight after workout 30g Whey Protein

45 minutes after workout big carb + protein meal such as lots of rice and chicken, with 60g
Whey Protein with teaspoon of olive oil, table spoon of peanut butter, mixed with a pint of whole milk.

I feel that my pre workout could do with some carbs, but not sure what carbs would be best.
Im trying to bulk right now, and am wondering if you guys think this is good protocol. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
p.s. I’m from England so Biotest supps are impossible to get so please don’t recomend them, Thanks.

I like to eat an apple and 2 slices of whole wheat bread 1 hour prior.

Buy Surge? Or just get some dextrose/maltdodextrin.

I am mainly unsure on whether i should take the Hydrolysed Whey Protein during or after i.e. switch it with the whey.
Also would it be good to take as chimera said maltodextrin, but with the Hydrolysed Whey Protein?
Also anything you guys see as majorly ‘wrong’ with this protocol?

Look up Thibs’ peri workout stuff. The school of thought now is that carbs are needed before, not right after a workout.
