I have a photo shoot in 2 weeks. I’ve never dieted down seriously for anything before.
Ive slowly weened my carbs down to the point im only taking oatmeal at breakfast and my veggies throughout the day.
I know im supposed to water-load (8-10L?) 5 or 6 days before and dehydrate 2-3 days before…The part im not familiar with is when to “carb-up” and eat more fats…help? Thanks
