Pre/Peri/Post WO Carb Consumption


me being 215lbs at 6'1" what would be considered your average carb consumption from pre to post WO?

is 150g a good starting point for gaining?


Assuming the rest of your diet is squared away, your workouts are programed properly, and your effort is adequate. IMO.....
Pre-workout = 15-20g (simple sugar)

Peri = I don't drink anything but water during the workout.

Post-Workout = 80-100g (dextrose/ maltodextrin)
