I am a college athlete about to start spring practice. We begin at 6:45 am. Would you all recommend a Finibar or MAG-10 before practice? Or something else?
I personally loved my breakfast consisting of a MAG-10 and Finibar, or even a Finibar and coffee. Wish I could fit them back into my budget, but I think they are great if getting a meal in is too much for that time.
