Pre-Mixing Shakes the Night Before?

Just wondering if it is a bad idea to mix up my shakes the night before my workout? Would be making it about 9pm and starting my session at 4am the next morning.
Will this time affect the protein or the carbs? I am currently only taking Musashi Bulk formula.
Any info would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

As long as you store them in the refrigerator, I don’t think you will have any problems.

do you find it difficult to add your water/milk into a shaker with dry protein?

this isn’t the first thread about this…i don’t get why people are this anal. I wake up and have two shakes ready for me, it takes maybe 15-20 seconds to add water/milk, shake and start drinking.

Yup.

They may get soggy and unpleasant.
