I work out around 6:30PM after work.If I prepare a serving of Surge or Power Drive in the morning (i.e. mix it with water) and don't drink it until several hours later will it's effect be decreased? Get lots of looks/questions preparing these at work and would be easier to prep at home and keep the bottles in my gym bag or work fridge throughout the day.
Thats a LONG hauls But as long as you keep it COLD it should be OK.
You don't have to add the water when you prepare your powders in the morning. Just keep the dry powders in your shaker cups until you're actually ready to drink it after your workout. There has to be a water fountain around in your gym, right?
