six days till our first game of the season any pre game meal suggestions? kickoff is 1pm and a rugby game lasts about 2 hours. I usually eat oats around 9:30 and then eat some chicken noodle soup with tons of water on the way to teh game. anyone have any specific suggestions, Coach Davies, renegades, anyone??
More water. No matter how much I drink, after every one of my rugby games I’m practically dehydrated.
