Hey T-mag, I was just wondering what you would suggest for a pre-game meal and how long before my game I should eat it. I play football and I dont trust my trainer one bit. I am 6’1 and 220 lbs. Also any supplements or thermos that might help? By the 4th quarter I am spent and I like to lay the “wood” all game if you know what I mean. Thanx , bear
