Pre Exhaustion

I was wondering what the general view on this training method is… I have been doing supramaximal holds lately using CW’s plan, but have also been researching the other end of the spectrum. Any incite into this would be appreciated. Thanks

I believe Don Alessi wrote a good article about this recently.

They can definitely be used in training, just like many other things. So there’s no problem in trying it out for a few weeks!
