I used your suggestion of using “Squeeze Press” before benching to increase the mind muscle connection. I want to Thank You for the wonderful results I got. I think this also works very well as a pre -exhaust exercise.
I want to try something similar for the upper back and Trapezius. Can you suggest something for the same. I am not too interested in Lats hence not sure if “straight arm pulldown” would be the right choice.
