Pre-Contest! Need Help. First Show!


Guys I am planning to do the NPC MAX MUSCLE NATURALS next March and this is the first show I have ever planned to do. I am currently 230 lbs and want to come in at 205-210. I have never been totally ripped before. My abs are visible but not ripped. I need as much help as possible in getting ready. I am currently doing 4 sessions of cardio a week. How much should I be doing? And here is my daily meal plan...

1) 6 egg whites, 2 cups of oatmeal
2) 2 scoops whey protein,trail mix bar,banana
3) 1 1/2 chicken breasts,rice
4) 2 scoops whey, trail mix, apple sauce
5) 6 egg whites, cheerios
6) chicken or lean strips of beef,broccoli or asparagus, rice
7) whey protein, 2 tablespoons all natural peanut butter.

I have trouble losing fat (that's my bodytype)Please tell me what you think of my diet plan and cardio plan and please critique. Thanks t-brothers!


Are you doing the one in Arizona? First thing I would do is get your bodyfat done by someone that knows what they are doing. That will help you keep an accurate monitor for dropping fat, the scale can be discouraging. For your first show don't worry about what weight you come in at, just become as lean as posible, I think the number one mistake newcomers make is they come in too soft. Later, T
