Pre-Comp Routine?


Could anyone direct/suggest a good lead up diet and workout for the last 3 weeks before a comp. I am competing in my first natural comp in just over a month and am looking for a plan that doesnt involve dehydrating to the extreme and fainting on stage. Any links or anything would be great
