Hi there all,
As part of my nutritional plan, I always include a pre breakfast snack of a food rich in tyrosine...normally I go for macadamia or pine nuts. Caviar is rich in l-tyrosine, but am I going to eat that as soon as I wake each morning? No chance!
I just thought I would throw it out there to see if anyone else chooses such a snack...and if so, have they felt any benefits?
