Here's my pre-bedtime ritual:
30 mins. before I want to fall asleep, I take 3 caps of ZMA (on an empty stomach, of course).
Then, after 25 mintues have elapsed I go into the kitchen and mix up the following:
- 1 scoop Metabolic Drive
- 2/3 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter
- A pinch of cinnamon
Then I eat it, brush my teeth and hit the hay. I sleep like a baby everytime.
