Pre and Post Workout Supplements


I’ve recently started using Animal Pump prior to a workout and it seems to have been effective. The key ingredient is creatine and there’s also a few other things. My question is, what to take after a workout, since they never mention it in their info.

I’m thinking I should take take regular creatine (ethyl ester) along with a protein shake.

They say to take it once a day, 30 mins. before workout on workout days. The website shows selected ingredients as:

i’d recomend ISOPURE creatine. i think it works well plus the price isn’t bad either.
