Been lurking for a while, training slightly over a year, but only eating(sic) for about the last few months. I imagine this has been asked before, but a quick search didn't reveal much. Pardon me if I missed an obvious resource.
Ran into a slight problem: practical and quick recipes.
I found John Berardi's stuff and precision nutrition a while ago. The binder was very enlightening and Gourmet Nutrition 1 has been great. Still, staring at the same recipes every week is getting old. I do improvise some recipes, so I'm not tying myself to the recipe book. At the same time, I'm no wizard with food and new ideas would be great.
If someone could point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.
