I’m curious to know what you are doing on a PR day attempt on any of the big lifts. By that, I mean how many warm up sets and how many reps on each warm up set you’ll be doing and if you will be doing overload to prepare your body for very heavy weight (like quarter squat, DL from pins, quarter bench… only to feel the weight).
I’m not sure how to prepare myself, and I want to know how to test my lifts and the end of the 915 prog.
Plus, if someone can explain me a bit his diet in these circunstances, I will be a very happy man!
