Snatch grip dead: 185x5, 205x5, 205x5

10 minute Emom deadlift: 300# . 11x2

Since second child was born have been doing easy strengthish type work. Deads and front squats/searchers every morning. Planche/bodyweight pushing in evening. Have done a planche for 5 sec on ground. Can do planche on paralletes now as well. Usually do sets of 5 planche push-ups on paralletes.
Moving to one lift a day for morning to handle heavier weight.
Bodyweight currently 153ish.
