75 second holds of frog stand.
75 seconds holds l sit
10x3 one arm push-ups (w slider)
5x3 L sit to pull through on parallets
Think that’s about it.
Need to work front levers on pulls sometime soon. Bjj tommorow morning, may also squat then.

3 front levers between each set.
Few sets of reverse curls with fat bar afterwards.

Weighed in at 152 yesterday. I have lost weight, because that’s what happens when you stop drinking beer.

So a little change in strategy. Calisthenics going well at home, recovering from it all. Since everything feels good,figured I should add a little more vomune haha. Supersetting 5x5 on Monday and Wednesday, Friday will be 5x5 if I make it to gym, if not then backyard stuff. Will use calisthenics to backfill volume. Using 5/3/1 5’s pro progression. Will also increase calories a bit. Have leaned out significantly.

Lat pulldown: 4x8
