I want to do some powerlifting this summer, but I’ve been training like a bodybuilder for the last 2 years. Does anyone know what articles I can read to get some workout ideas? I know to keep my reps under 4, and do the big movements, like bench, squat, deads, and probably pullups. also, take more than 3 min. rest between sets. so any tips? thanks
