Good work

awesome

that’s some great lifting, awesome job

do you find that deadlift stance gives you the most power? your knees are caving in pretty bad, but obviously a >2.5x max attempt is a pretty good excuse.

I ask because I’ve been messing around with my stance myself lately.

I feel most comfortable with that stance. I used to train it a little wider but I feel more powerful more narrow. However, I am planning on switching to more of a sumo stance for an 8 week period or so and see what I like best.

Nice lifting, any of those lifts PR’s?

Great job!!

TRAIN HARD

“BIG WILLIE” J.T. HALL

Awesome lifts, congrats on the 1320 raw!

Nice job! Keep up the hard work.

Thanks Everyone!

That squat was pretty ugly. Your knees cave in badly and you fall forward a bit. I’m surprised you were able to fight it out.
Your bench was nice and solid but I didn’t notice any pause at the chest.
Your deadlift was simply beautiful: a slow, smooth pull to lockout.

Your training split looks good but I would recommend throwing in some front squats. They will build your quad strength so your knees won’t track inwards and they will teach to stay more upright when you squat.

Congrats on the big raw total!

Sick.

OP,

Could you post some of the vids on your profile? I can’t view youTube.

Wow! I wish my bodyfat was pi.

awsome job kid, i also lift raw when not injured. the only thing i can see is that u need to widen ur squat/bench. shoot from ur hips on the squat and ur glutes will do all the work on ur squat. all in all, nice job

nice lifts. The bar went up real easy on the BP.
