I got the idea from strongman category.Plus I like seeing prs.So let’s post here every pr we got on bench,squat,deadlift or any variation


I count myself a beginner with only 1 year of lifting weights, so my figures are not awesome :smile:

Bench Press : 1RM = 90 kg
Deadlift : 3RM = 120 kg
OHP : 1RM = 65 kg
Squat : 1RM=95 Kg
Plank : 180sec static hold
Pullup : 8 strict pull ups
