Powerlifting in Southern Oregon?

I’m gonna post this on this forum and in the oly lifting forum. I recently moved from Norther California to Ashland, Oregon to attend college and I cant seem to find a decent strength gym, all I can find is crossfits. I dont need fancy, just iron, bumpers and some other heavy shit. Im specifically training in oly lifting at the moment, but I would love even just a solid powerlifting gym.

Anyone by any chance know of any places?

Thanks man. Looks like Im fucked though…

I train and coach at a crossfit in grants pass that is about 30 minutes north of Ashland. I powerlift and don’t do the classes. We will probably be setting up open gym times in the near future. We also have a barbell club. If you will be attending SOU, the gym there should work for you. They have power racks and oly platforms. You could sign up for a PE 180 course or use it during open times.

Thanks man. I actually have been talking to Austin at The Den about running a BB club at his place. I just got certified through USAW as a coach so we could make it an official USAW Club. I worked as a strength and conditioning coach for a couple years before I moved up here, I was just gonna focus on my training, but I’ve been getting the itch to coach again. I would definitely love to come by and check out the GP crossfit though, I’ve heard good things.
