I’m deciding between small (28-32) and a medium (33-35). My waist size around the waist where I want the belt to be when I deadlift is 31 inches. Should I go for the small or medium?

Medium, if the forever lever I have is any indication. Lots of smaller holes.

Definitely medium, I bought a small (and I have a smaller waist than yours) and really regret it, especially when lifting in equipment.
