Powerlifting and Modeling

I’m working on becoming a fitness model. I have had a couple of photoshoots, none have been paid yet.

I have also found that I am quite strong in my DL and Squat after only one year of training.

I believe that I have a long way to go before I will be succesful in fitness modeling because I have a lot of size to gain, so I’m going to also try to do a little bit of powerlifting training.

Current Maxes:
Squat 420 lbs
Deadlift 405 lbs
Bench 255 lbs

Today, mostly just worked bench and some accessories.

Following Dave Tate’s six week program I did:

1x5 @ 215
