Powerlifters with 'cured' Shoulder Issues

I had some pretty messed up shoulders at one time, but now they don’t bother me at all these days. For me, the biggest thing was improving my technique and my setup. Yeah the pre-hab and mobility work helped and will help you as well, but until I fixed my actual bench press movement the pain would still creep back up on me with a vengeance.

I tore my labrum and impinged my rotator cuff, I have an appointment with a doctor to see if I need surgery. What should I do in the meantime? I’ve still been squatting and doing narrow grip back work fine.
