Ok, nevermind. I just checked his website, and it said that he started bodybuilding first, but got into powerlifting 2 years after he started competing in bodybuilding. So I guess he counts. So that makes him #1 to me. Kroc is definitely 2nd.

Also, most top level powerlifters under 220 have a pretty badass physique.
