Haven’t seen Freddy in a couple of months but his harem is still hanging around. I hope he will be back again this fall. Last time I saw him he was about 15 feet from the front door yelling at me to bring the corn… lol

Thank you, it was just 5 1/2 months ago I struggled with 135lbs. You must burn quite a few calories on your leg workout.

That is damn impressive. Not sure on my leg workouts, they don’t feel all that intense because I stay pretty light. My hip and knee have humbled me there.

Had to skip my new core day yesterday to be a dad.


I wore a t-shirt with some attitude to the gym so I would have to lift heavy.

475 felt heavy but went up smooth
A young man came up and gave me a fist bump and said it went up fast.

I do not know what happened today. I got a decent nights sleep and had plenty of protein yesterday. Maybe not enough carbs. Carbs still taste bad and breads are hard to swallow.

Carbs. Have you tried cooking rice and throwing it in your protein shake in a blender so you can just drink them?

That limber 11 by Defranco also has a more abbreviated version called agile 8. I actually do both at times but use agile 8 more than 11.
