Excellent work going on in here. I’m surprised that you hit 1x315 on bench but not 3x245. Must have been a bad day. Please don’t be offended. I’m just a little guy who doesn’t understand the challenges that real weightlifters face. Squats and deads are looking very strong!

First time I’ve trained at night in years. Had to wait a while to get on a bench. The place completely cleared out after awhile. I thought it was super cool I had the whole place to myself without any adult supervision. That lasted about 10 minutes and a woman walked in and said that we are closed. Rained on my parade and cut my work out short.

Heh, I used to walk in at around 8:30pm most Wednesdays. The first 10-20mins were impossible to really plan for, after that it was heaven. Do a set of deadlifts, go and wander the entire gym whilst cooling down - often finding myself sipping my water on something like a machine chest press 20-30 metres away.
Great work on that night session! What a night and day (pun intended) difference in your bench! Great job! I hear you on the night time training. I can’t do it. It gets me all wired and I won’t fall asleep until 3:00AM…
