I just have an acreage. There is one rooster I often hear close to the house in the evening. A few months ago, I had bunch of them in the backyard. I had zero temptation to shoot any of them. I think it’s a sign I’m getting older.

Squats
I used the 5/3/1 format to go from a 350lb theoretical max to 440lb ( making 15lb jumps) and failed in the 440lb cycle. Took a month off to do10 rep sets. Sad to say I haven’t ever done 10 rep sets before. Started the 5/3/1 rep scheme today with a 420lb theoretical max.
