350 x 3 I was tempted to rack it after the fist rep but I thought I have too far to go to fail now. Then I ended up falling on the last set.
395 x 1 (failure) I was left wondering if it was a strength issue or if I did not push myself enough. When I racked it I noticed a guy had come across the gym to spot me. That rep must not have inspired confidence. Either way it really sucks.

I was disgusted with missing my squat reps on Monday. I looked back on this log and see that I was into my 6th cycle of the 5/3/1 format making 15lb jumps in theoretical max. It’s not quite so bad. Just need to reevaluate and make a change.
I wouldn’t sweat that squat rep too much. Some days are better than others. You’ll get it!
