Hey everyone, I've been reading the forum for a few weeks now and like what I see. Anyways, I just wanted to know how much competitive powerlifters lift at my weight of 150 and see how I compare.
Im 20 years old, 5'9" 150 pounds after 6 weeks of HST and some previous weightlifting for highschool wrestling.
Bench - 235
Squat - 315
Deadlift - 335
What are some goals I should shoot for?
