Powerlift Pains

so when i do things like deadlifts and squats, moreso with deadlifts, i get this pain on my left hip its not a sharp pain but its a pain nonetheless, im wondering what could be the cause of this and how could i correct it?

im assuming the obvious answer would be: problem: form solution: form

but say it isnt form, what else could it be?

Flexibility/Hip mobility.


It’s hard to say, you might try lowering the weight and volume considerably, and concentrate on perfect form while slowly working your way back up over a few weeks. If the pain persists it may be something in need of more serious attention.
