Powerful Images 2.28.2005

There has been a lot of posts here about the Powerful Images sidebar. I do get inspiration from a classic photo of Sergio, Draper, Arnold, Zane or any of the
legends before the sport beacme a freak show.

I also, admit, I love the pictures of the hot chicks.

But the picture from 2/28/2005, wow.
The first image that deserves the title
“POWERFUL IMAGE”

Well done

seconded.

Best one yet!

yes!!

Powerful inside and out.

I’m not ashamed to say I just stared at it for a bit and it actually made me choke up.

Wow. Now THAT’S inspiration.

I turned off my “Powerful Images” today.

True T-Men…every American owes you a debt we can’t ever repay…but we can cherish the freedom your blood has bought and preserved for us.

Remember GeorgeOrwell’s quote: “We sleep safe in our beds because rough men stand ready in the night to visit violence on those who would do us harm.”

He may not have known it, but he was referring to T-Men.

Turn it back on and show some respect.

Perhaps she didn’t get a chance to see this picture…but if this photo of an elderly Pearl Harbor survivor embracing a disabled Marine Iraq vet is what made her turn off her “Powerful Images” feature, then that’s just sad…pity the ignorance.

This is the best damned Powerful Image TC has EVER posted…period.

so when you say you were on tour, you were really on tour!

I hope this means more pictures that aren’t just bodybuilders or t&a. Not that there’s anything wrong with that, but it gets repetitive. Now today’s image, that’s a Powerful Image.

Actually when I signed on today it was in fact a photo of a half naked chick. I have a lot of respect for those who do and have served in the military and am happy that such an image was posted.

And that’s why I gave 'ya the initial benefit of the doubt…you’re a T-Vixen

I turned off my “Powerful Images” today. If I wish to look at propaganda I’ll turn on my television.

Realize that those two brave men fought
to give you the right to say what you did.

you may not agree with the current war, but you should respect them for their
bravery and sacrifice, and especially
respect “the greatest generation”

otherwise, for dissent, you would have been:
-locked up in a russian gulag
-put in a concentration camp
-shot in the head in town center.

If I did, then Erika, I apologize. I never want to make a T-Vixen angry
