These days, cosmetic surgeons do provide options for their patients. Some choose breast implants that look remarkably real (size, proportion, effects of gravity); others choose breasts that look ridiculously fake.

I’ll never understand the latter.

Yeah. Her breasts look like implants, but they are amazing. Not overdone or really unatural. Just awesome.
